100 bed hospital set up in 3 Cr, with 100% occupancy the Break the Dream plan looks difficult. But with just 35% Break Even occupancy, the entire cost is recovered in the matter of just 6 Months! I am holding this stock since Aug 2023, my views can be biased about the stock. But one good thing about this company is, being in health care, they focus high on innovation, such as Virtual OPD, Portable healthy drinking water solutions (Portable water purifier), herbal immunity booster, Ayurvedic Hospital etc.
